Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
- Full payment must be made before check-in (or as stated in the booking confirmation).
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation policies vary by period (Christmas, Easter, school holidays, etc.).
- Refunds will be issued according to your booking confirmation and invoice terms.
3. Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in: 2:00 pm
- Check-out: 10:00 am
- Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges.
4. Occupancy & Conduct
- Only registered guests are permitted to stay.
- Guests must respect property rules and local regulations.
- Damage to property or furnishings will be charged to the guest.
5. Liability
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property during your stay. Guests use the property at their own risk.
6. Data Protection (POPIA)
By booking, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Personal information will only be used for booking purposes and communications related to your stay.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
